I used to visit here and food are all good and service is good. You could choice spicy and extra sidedish are all free as same as other korean restautant.

Good food, especially if you are a fan of tofu. Five levels of spice when you choose a dish. I got the kimchi beef soon tofu. It's nice and silky and cooks a bit in the broth. Pot come out sizzling and they crack the egg in it right away. Perfectly cooks in the soup. Not too much beef in the dish but the main show was the tofu anyways. All dishes come with rice and the usual Korean sides, plus a fish. Three tofu dishes came out to $43. Not too bad to be very well fed. Only downside we experienced tonight was it took awhile for us to get everything after we ordered, feels like we may have been forgotten. But that happens sometimes at good and busy restaurants.

I LOVE THIS PLACE, 5 stars. I cant express my love for this particular BCD. The waitress and waiters are amazing and the food is good quality. Price is in Yelp terms "$$" all around a great place

A Korean friend recommended us to this place. And It was really good, even better than most of the Tofu house I have visited in Seoul.We ordered the combo set, and we like the BBQ so much, will visit this place again!

Not too hype but I don't understand what's all the hype about. If you want a place that's reliably good go here but I don't think that they're necessarily the best I think a smaller establishment might provide the extra magic necessary that I felt this place lacked to take it to the next level. I have no expertise about Korean tofu but I do know that I thoroughly enjoyed my previous Korean tofu meal at a hole in the wall in the middle of Whittier or somewhere like that that was only recently opened and had no real clout. That being said this place is clearly the most prestiged Korean a place that's accessible to everyone. Think of it like the In-N-Out Burger of Korean food

Enjoyed dinner here with family! It's apparently a popular dinner place; we had to wait 20 minutes or more for a table. Just like traditional Korean restaurants, this place serves little plates of appetizers to accompany rice meals. They are called banchan. For our Banchan, they served us a couple kimchees, a little crispy fish for each person, a mung bean plate, a radish thingy, and a tofu plate. I had the Hot Stone Bibimbap Combo (Tofu) with Seafood Soon Tofu . The hot stone bowls cook rice so that the rice touching the bowl turns crispy - I loooove crispy rice! My son had the Galbi Combo (BBQ Shortribs) which he says was excellent. He also ordered a Korean beer. I ended up taking home my leftover Bibimbap Rice which I had the next day. It was still really good!

I like their tofu soup and I have taken my family many times there. However, I consistently do not like the servers' attitude. Namely, Jessica and Sunny. Both of them seem grumpy and their faces speak volumes how much they do not want to be there nor want to be bothered by the customers. I have complained about Sunny before but she still has not changed her ways. Recently, Jessica made faces when we asked for basic service. And I also saw the servers arguing loudly among themselves next to the customers that did not understand Korean. Manager-- please speak to these ladies about their manners and attitude.

Good food, great service, nice atmosphere

Had a great outdoor patio for dining. Service was prompt and courteous. Ordered a beef tofu hotpot which was excellent.

The best Totu restaurant in south bay

Always good authentic Korean Dishes, and you can count on it being consistent every time. The better value is when you get one of the Tofu bowls with an entree, and the kimshee stew is awesome. The servers are friendly and attentative.

Seen this place for years and figured it wasn't going to be good till we finally took some family members there recently . OMG was it good. Next time I'm getting the soup spicier!

I ordered assorted tofu soon spicy. It's not spicy at all. Flavor is just okay. I preferred Cho Dang Tofu and Lee's Tofu over this place.

Great Korean restaurant. Lines can form during meal times so it takes a while to be seated. Food and options are great and tasty. This place is part of my visit when I am in town.

Its my first time to try BCD Tofu house, and I am super satisfied with the tofu pot!!! The cold dishes are yummy especially kimchi! I will go there next time when I fly back to LA!

Best Soon Tofu Soup!

Awesome place to go to for Korean Tofu Soup. It's one of my regular go to spots when I'm craving some hot soup on a cold day.

If you have been to the original ktown branch, the taste somewhat lacks in this location. I am sure they use the same sauce and measured amounts, but if you order something like Gaejang, you will see that the inside is not marinated like the ones they sell at the original location.

The tofu soup here is way too good

3 people ate for $52. The tofu soups are very good. Staff was a little busy and wait was a little long but I guess that's what happens when they have good business.

Normally I enjoy the little mom and pop shops when it comes to satisfying my soon tofu cravings, but every now and then I will stop by BCD. This was the place that introduced me to the wonderful world that is Korean cuisine. With their non-threatening building and friendly staff, it’s a great stepping stone to entering restaurants where no one speaks English and your surrounded by odd trinkets. Another great point is the consistency. Everything tastes as it should. Since it’s chain, you know what you will get and what you get is great food. I enjoy this particular store because the staff are always nice and the service is speedy.
